Patrick Richardson's current Progress Report




Hello,
What’s going on with you guys? Not much here except training hard and working. I wanted to update you all on my current Progress. As I stated before in my last post, I have been working with Dante this off season trying to pack on some quality mass to my frame. For those of you who are not familiar with or don’t know who Dante is, He is the Teacher and Preacher of the DC training method. He works with several top athletes and his methods and techniques have helped take several of us to another level.

I have had several trials and tribulations to work through though since earning my Pro card in 2004. I have had several injuries to work through as well as the stress of opening my own business (ALL PRO NUTRITION INC.) To spite all of these set backs I have managed to get my weight up and should be approximately 20-25lbs heavier on stage at my next show thanks to Dante’s help coupled with me getting my calories up where they needed to be. I plan to step things up even further on my next off season and try and put on another 20lbs before prep time in 2008. I took these pics the other night at the gym and I weighed my self right after they were taken. I was weighing 196 at the time. I have never been this lean at 196 before so I was pretty pleased with the results. Especially since these pics were taken only about 1 and a half weeks after getting over the Nora stomach Virus, where I lost about 8 lbs in about 12-15 hours. I had been eating about 2-3 double cheeseburgers a day on most days the week prior to these pics just to get my weight back up. I was surprised that I could see my abs at all after eating like that but I am guessing that I am about 8-9% body fat in these pics. I hope to continue to make progress and to stay injury free.
